all for one and one for all
Caroline finished up her first year doing university model schooling and she is officially a first grader! We recently made the decision that she would continue at her current school. It was a **hard** decision and we wrestled for a long time. Overall we love the school and it has been such a blessing to our family-the kids, the teachers, the leadership, the families, the Christ-centered approach. BUT, let's face the facts I don't like doing the **hard** things and homeschool challenges me in every way possible. BUT, it's a good thing. It stretches me and I realize more and more how incredibly broken I am. We prayed together about this decision (A WHOLE LOT) and felt like God was directing us down this path again and we would be taking things a year at a time. The older Caroline gets the easier it will become because she will be able to work more independently. All I want to do right now is tell you about my fears of trying to do this next year while bringing home our child. The worries of what our days will look like consume me, but really? WHAT IS THE POINT?
She has thrived and blossomed so much this year. When she was at the school two days a week the small classroom environment of 13 kids was just awesome!
Caroline had her kindergarten graduation last week. Each child walked unto the stage to get their award and the teacher said something personal about each individual child. Caroline got the "friendship" character award and Keith and I couldn't help but giggle. Her teacher nailed it! These are all un-edited images. I'm pooped. The video is down below. Love y'all!

Yay for Caroline! You will love first grade next year!
And totally unrelated, but Lauren, you need to be in a Pantene commercial!
